Promoter Ed Kosiski makes announcement about SLMR series
Omaha, NE February 10, 2010
The race season is nearly upon us and there are a number of very exciting things that will be happening this year.
As
everyone is aware the rules have been posted, however look for a couple
of minor tweaks in the coming weeks. The goal is to make the SLMR
series the premier series in the Midwest for all racers and some of the
changes should allow more racers to race in this series.
There
are a number of questions about the schedule. As of right now there 17
races scheduled at 6 different tracks this summer and although the
complete schedule is still being finalized the series will open with a
race at I-80 Speedway on April 17th. The second race of the season is
currently scheduled on May 1st at Junction Motor Speedway.
Keep
watching for additional announcements about this fast growing series
and we will plan on seeing everyone on April 17th. This year should
prove to be the best year yet for SLMR series and we look forward to
bringing it to you.
